Meet Your Instructor

Professor Ariella Helfgott

Professor Ariella Helfgott is a globally respected foresight educator and practitioner. She has taught futures and foresight at the Universities of Oxford and Utrecht, as well as for the Prime Minister’s Office of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of South Australia.

Ariella is currently Director of Foresight and Strategic Learning at the World Energy Council and Program Lead for Foresight and Decision Making at the One Basin Cooperative Research Centre.

Ariella is known for her deeply engaging facilitation style, her ability to turn uncertainty into opportunity and her commitment to empowering people and communities to shape better futures.
